Abstract

A nematode parasitic on Phoracantha recurva Newman and Phoracantha semipinctata Fabricius (Coleoptera: Cerambycidae) specimens collections from field, was found in their body cavity it causes female and male sterility of both Phoracantha species. This nematode will soon be described as Beddingia biancii n. sp. (Nematoda: Phaenopsitylenchidae)
